TeamCAT

The Navaho TeamCAT is designed for single or multiple-site use. TeamCAT is the e-business solution for a business requiring a full-function solution. TeamCAT achieves this without the need for a vast array of highly expensive hardware and maintenance. It combines all of the leading features of NetCAT and MailCAT with an additional range of functionality.

Team Calendaring and Groupware

Allows users to share calendar events, to-do lists and address books with each other. Ideal for sharing information about meetings, holidays etc. The global calendar, which is viewable by everyone, can be used to let all staff know about bank holidays, training days etc.

Meeting Planner

Allows staff to plan meetings with each other. Using iCal, requests to attend a meeting are sent out to members of staff, and Navaho TeamCAT will track who can and can't attend.

Mailbox Sharing

Enables staff to share their mailbox with other users, if for example they are away for a period of time or have a permanent secretary. Also ideal for setting up a 'sales' email box to be accessed by several members of staff.

WebFiler

A Web based remote access file manager allows your staff to securely download and upload files on the network while away from the office via any computer with a web browser.

Faxing

Web based fax reception allows you to delete junk faxes without having to wade through piles of paper. Staff can also send a fax from any Windows workstation in your company.

Text Messaging

Keep in touch with sales staff, or a driver fleet with two way text messaging. Send a text message via email or the web, and send emails by text message.

• VPN - Navaho TeamCAT supports unlimited site-to-site and mobile user tunnels, making it suitable for a head office.
• Internet Control and Auditing – Navaho TeamCAT allows creation of peak and off-peak web filter rules to vary the control between different times of the day (e.g. after hours and lunchtime).

Access From Anywhere

Navaho MailCAT users can access the Navaho web interface securely from any PC with a web browser. This makes remote access possible from anywhere in the world. (Note: some Internet connections may restrict this.)

Easy Installation and Management

A front-mounted LCD panel and kepad provides for the initial set-up. All other administration of the server is achieved through a web browser utilising a secure connection. This enables administration activities from virtually anywhere.

Easy Integration

Navaho MailCAT will authenticate with existing Windows fileservers, allowing seamless integration into an existing network, providing network protection and increasing staff productivity

Internet Acceleration

The NetCAT intelligently stores commonly requested web pages and images via its caching proxy server. NetCAT can double your perceived Internet Bandwidth in typical usage by serving these pages and images direct.

Internet Control and Auditing

Businesses need to be sure that their connections are utilised in the most efficient, safest and intended of manners. NetCAT achieves these goals by enabling control of internet usage in a number of ways.

• Enable/disable access on an individual and group basis.
• Categorised web site content filtering can block access to inappropriate web sites
• Locally managed allow, block and content filter lists
• Control over times of access to the web

The categorised block lists are regularly and automatically updated by Navaho Support, meaning that you don't have to spend time looking for inappropriate web sites. NetCAT also provides a number of advanced control features for email traffic:
